Five years ago Graphix12 was awarded our business forms and print management account. The program includes printing and print consulting, along with storage, fulfillment and web-enabled online ordering for nearly 250 items. Graphix 12 has been our print and fulfillment vendor for the past 9 years. Prior to Graphix12, we used a number of vendors for different printing needs, but the manual distribution process consumed a considerable amount of our internal staff's time. Our goal was to consolidate our program to a single source provider in an effort to streamline costs and simplify the ordering process.

Our branch locations are very demanding, and we were more than a little apprehensive about giving up control of the ordering process; however the results have far exceeded our expectations.
